– For individuals organizes seminars and workshops in the field of personal development, goal achievement, career management, etc. A part of this target group is women seeking to improve their life quality, find life balance and achieve certain professional goals. organises experiential workshops for women based on art therapy, creative thinking and coaching techniques.
– For business starters organizes workshops and provides consultancy services regarding the business plan development and design of business model. team unites professional coaches, psychologist, experts of educational sciences, also experienced project managers. Our team works with well known international tools and instruments, e.g., Points of You, ARTbundance, FourSight, Business Canvas Model, etc. We also work with a few tools developed by our experts (e.g., FIT4 model for career coaching in particular). activities and experience relevant to this project are those related to career consultancy and carrer coaching services and also those related to entrepreneurship training courses. Career coaching and consultancy is an instrument that helps a person to discover his true talent and find his own unique way towards the goal. For entrepreneurship training courses we have a specific model that was develpped for VET teachers in particular. During this project is ready to share both – the experience and the best practice of career consultancy and carrer coaching services, and also the experience, best practice and model of entrepreneurship training courses.
Key persons involved in the project:
Rūta Klimašauskienė, PhD. Ruta is a coach (ICF accreditation), expert of educational sciences (PhD in educational innovation), creativity and personal development consultant (Points of You methodology), certified creativity trainer (Certified ARTbundanceTM Coach and Practitioner), and professional lecturer working in the field for already more than years. The main areas of professional
interest are psychology, coaching, creativity, and neuroscience. She provides consultancy, conducts experiential workshops and trainings on topics of creative thinking, emotional intelligence, career management, change management, effectiveness, application of coaching in organisations and various contexts. Ruta was a consultant of national project “Leadership time” that was primarily related to educating and consulting teachers, school managers and other educational specialists regarding the emotional intelligence, creative thinking, competence development, change management, etc. issues. Ruta is also an LLP Leonardo da Vinci programme expert for the Lithuanian National Agency. She has also more than 10 years of experience of implementing various national and international projects (LLP Leonardo da Vinci, Grundtvig, 6th Framework, Interreg, Structural Funds, etc) (15+ projects implemented).
Sigita Novikoviene. A psychologist, holding Master degree in psychology, trainer, lecturer and human resource specialist, career counsellor. Topics that she has fallen for about 5 years: motivation, social reintegration, stress management, training conducting, leadership, motivation, personal development, career skills development. Experiential education is the main work principles. She cares about people’s internal readiness to do things important for them. Therefore when working she seeks to help people understand why they are not able to do what they decide to do, to assist when people face internal and external obstacles while implementing their decisions. She has an experience in the field of career counselling and talent management for about 9 years, 8 years experience as human resource specialist.
